Cancellation Policy
ON A PURCHASE PLAN, YOU MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT, WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE CANCELATION DEADLINE DATE AS AGREED IN YOUR TRAVEL NETWORK SERVICES LICENSE AGREEMENT. A WRITTEN CANCELLATION NOTICE MUST BE RECEIVED EITHER VIA EMAIL TO MEMBERSHIP@SALESRAINTRAVELCLUB.COM OR VIA US MAIL AT SALES RAIN INC, DBA SALES RAIN TRAVEL CLUB, 19360 Rinaldi St Ste 375 Porter Ranch, CA 91326 AND BE POST-MARKED NO LATER THAN THE CANCELATION DEADLINE DATE AS NOTED ABOVE. PLEASE CALL 1-866-789-CLUB (2582) TO COORDINATE THE REFUND. CANCELATION OF MONTHLY PLANS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD DAY PRIOR TO YOUR BILLING DATE. NO ORAL REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS ARE AUTHORIZED. FAILURE TO COLLECT MONTHLY PAYMENT ON YOUR DUE DATE WILL RESULT IN ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND A SET UP CHARGE OF $100 USD SHALL BE REQUIRED TO REACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT.
